Tabani Group pursues opportunistic, re-development and value-added real estate investments. We oftentimes look to property types or geographic regions that are out of favor in order to stay ahead of the competition. We make investments in all property types including multi-family, office, retail, hotel, industrial, residential and commercial land. We invest in different levels of the capital structure, including equity, preferred equity and mezzanine debt. The size of our equity investments typically ranges from $3 million to $15 million, but there is no upper size limitation.
Since 1981, Tabani has offered commercial retail and office space for lease and currently has retail and office property available.
In response to the needs of our markets, “build-to-suits” and A and B office and retail space are being targeted for investment.
