while we welcome media inquiries and will do our best to accommodate media requests, the below policy will be strictly enforced at all tabani group properties to ensure a safe, pleasant and uninterrupted experience for our guests, tenants and employees.

Requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis, and a certificate of

insurance meeting property requirements must be received prior to final approval.

Because many merchants'corporate/media policies prohibit employee/shopper interviews and/or photography of their storefronts

and/or interiors, approval of in-store media access must also be obtained through property management and may not be authorized

by individual merchant representatives without property management consent.

The following are NOT permitted on site without prior written authorization from property management:

- any members of the media visiting in a professional capacity

- media photography (still, film and/or any other method) of any kind on/featuring any portion of the property, including but not limited to

common areas, parking lots, facade or exterior, guests, tenants, employees, security/emergency personnel, storefronts, merchandise and signage

- Guest, tenant or employee solicitation, requests for comment, surveys, questionnaires, research or similar

- Filming on behalf of a sponsor or business (may require a fee)

Any and all lighting or support equipment, including stands, tripods and similar, must receive additional prior authorization. Any/all approved media equipment must be manually transported by media personnel.  Carts, dollies or similar may not be used to transport equipment throughout the property.
